PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a light emission spray device for crime prevention by gripping a light emitting/jetting lever 5 toward the face of a criminal himself or herself. SOLUTION: After strong light is emitted from a light emitter 3 for threatening a criminal, and tear system solution is jetted from an jetting nozzle 4 to achieve the suppression of a crime and the restriction of the action of the criminal at the same time.
