PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive refracting power spectacles lens capable of identifying the right, left, top and bottom without using a special mark or conducting a cumbersome measurement. SOLUTION: In a semifinished lens 10 for the progressive refracting power spectacles lens, one surface is an aspheric optical surface that gives the progressive refracting power, and the other surface is non-optical.
