摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing an interaction quantity for changing the effective concentration of a target substance in the interaction of the surface of a support and the target substance when strictly detecting, refining, reacting and analyzing a substance such as a physiologically related substance and when strictly performing detection, refining, reacting and analyzing by utilizing the physiologically related substance. SOLUTION: The analyzing method of the effective concentration of the target substance affected by the interaction with the support having a fixing substance includes the process of forming the support having at least two kinds of fixing substances by applying surface treatment to the support and fixing a fixing substance to the treated surface of the support and the process of bringing a solution containing the target substance into contact with the support having the respective fixing substances to analyze and compare the interaction behavior of the fixing substances and the target substance in a velocity theory manner.
