PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of rotation detecting means for detecting the rotation direction of a driving wheel. SOLUTION: When the power generated by a power generation source is transmitted to a driving shaft, and the first wheel and the second wheel to be attached to the driving shaft are driven, information regarding the rotation state of the power generation source is acquired in step S101; and information about the rotation state of the first wheel is acquired in step S102. In step S103, information about the rotation state of the second wheel is calculated, based on the information regarding the rotation state, information regarding the rotation state of the first wheel, and the gear ratio between the power generation source and driving shaft.
