PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recliner adjusting structure of a rear seat for an automobile so set that reclining adjustment cannot be performed when the rear seat is positioned at the rearmost and that the reclining adjusting angle of the seat back can be adjusted only to a set angle according to the set position of the rear seat when the rear seat is moved forward over a specified distance or longer. SOLUTION: This recliner adjusting structure of the rear seat for the automobile comprises an interlocking part 20 mounted on a seat back frame 4 and moved when a lock gear is rotated; a rotational driving part 30 connected to the rear end of the interlocking part 20 and rotated through the operating range of the lock gear, and a stopper part 40 restraining the operation of the rotational driving part 30.
