PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transfer cylinder for feeding a sheet paper, which is equipped with a rotary type cylinder body, a gripper system attached to the cylinder body to hold the sheet paper at the sheet edge part, a flexible plate which forms the outer outline of the cylinder and is effective in guiding the sheet paper and the adjusting device to adjust the radial position of the plate, and to make the adjusting possible in relation to the adjustment of the overturn motion of the outer outline of the transfer cylinder inside the turnover device. SOLUTION: A plate (2) is jointed to the cylinder body (3) through at least one joint (20, 21, 34-41 and 50-57), and the adjusting devices (24 and 25) are connected to the both ends (20 and 21) of the plate (2), and those ends (20 and 21) are so made to position closer toward the gripper system (9).
