FUNCTIONAL SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional sheet having proper rigidity, proper flexibility and good mechanical strength, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The functional sheet has a first flexible sheet 22 made of fiber aggregate having a large number of through-holes 24 provided in-plane so as to mutually leave an interval, a second flexible sheet 10 made of fiber aggregate to be laminated on one side of the first flexible sheet 22 to close one openings of the through-holes 24 and a third flexible sheet 30 made of fiber aggregate laminated on the first flexible sheet 22 on the side opposite to the second flexible sheet 10 to close the other openings of the through-holes 24. A functional agent 40 is contained in at least a part of the through-holes 24 among a large number of the through-holes 24 of which both openings are closed by the second and third flexible sheets 10 and 30.
