PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixer and a mixing element member capable of efficiently mixing different kinds of fluids. SOLUTION: The fluid mixer 1 mixing different kinds of fluids has a head part 2 and a holder part 3. The head part 2 has a plurality of inlet ports 4a, 4b, 4c, and a mixing hole 21 communicating with the plurality of inlet ports. The holder part 3 is composed to have a discharge part 10 communicating with the mixing hole 21 via a flow line 11, and a mixing member 9 mixing different fluids in the flow line 11.
