PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health gear for stimulating pressure points or building muscular strength by placing no physical burden on a user, which can be widely used. SOLUTION: The health gear 10A comprises a flexible wirerope (corded member) 1, an elastic ball 2 penetrated and rotatably supported by the wirerope 1, a fixing member 3 to fix the elastic ball 2 to a predetermined region of the wirerope 1, and a grip part 5 mounted on a mounting member 4 installed on both ends of the wirerope 1. The grip part 5 of the health gear 10A can be applied to a hand/foot of the user so as to be used as a tool for stimulating pressure points or building muscular strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
