PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise/health apparatus capable of promoting blood circulation by alternately moving the right and left limbs and executing the compound movement of the whole body. SOLUTION: When a grip bar 1a is repeatedly swung, a pedal 12a mounted on a pedal receiver 10a of a movable rotor 8a, which is connected to the movement of an arm 2, executes a vertical movement 9. A drawing force of the grip bar 1a of an exerciser 17 is an enhancement for lifting the pedal 12a and an assist by the left hand at that time is executed with a little force. The grip bar 1b and the pedal 12b on the opposite side execute symmetric movements therewith so that the exerciser 17 can easily execute an appropriate swinging movement of the whole body.
