PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge for a game machine, which allows a lower turning member of a lower hinge to be easily fitted to a lower fixing member. SOLUTION: This hinge includes an upper hinge 5 attached to the upper part of one side edge of an outer frame of the game machine and the upper part of one side edge of a front frame of the game machine, and the lower hinge 1 attached to the lower part of one side edge of the outer frame and the lower part of one side edge of the front frame; and the front frame is turnably and attachably/detachably supported to the outer frame. The lower hinge 1 has the lower fixing member 2 fixed to one side edge of the outer frame, and the lower turning member 3 fixed to one side edge of the front frame. The front part of a horizontal plate part 21 of the lower fixing member 2 is formed with a bearing groove opened frontward, and a horizontal plate part 31 of the lower turning member 3 is projectingly formed with a lower turning support shaft 33 to be fitted into the bearing groove. A bearing groove closing member 24 closing the opening of the bearing groove 23 when the lower turning support 33 is fitted in the bearing groove 23, is provided at the horizontal plate part 21 of the lower fixing member 2.
