A group user registration method and a user state update method are provided in mobile communication field, the group user registration method includes: registering the user identity in the implicit registration set; updating associated user information in the implicit registration set; the user state update method includes: registering the user identity of the dynamic group; when the user identity state is changing, updating associated user information in the implicit registration set correspondingly according to the state changed information. The user state processing equipment, IMS network entity and communication system are provided. The dynamic group user which meets the condition can be registered or updated at low resource.
