An active controllable leaf spring assembly is provided to extend life expand by preventing interference between a side frame and other elements caused by the drooped leaf spring assembly. An active controllable leaf spring assembly comprises a fixed pin(100), an inner lace unit(200), a ring-shaped free wheel(300), and a control unit(400). The inner lace unit has an oil line(210), a ball bearing(220), and inclination unit(230). The oil line is assembled to the fixed pin and radially bent to supply oil from the fixed pin to an inner surface of a spring eye(2). The ball bearing is installed at an outlet end of the oil line, and moves according to the oil pressure supplied from a hydraulic pump. The inclination unit is meshed with the ball bearing when the ball bearing moves to the inner surface of the spring eye. The ring-shaped free wheel is installed at an inner part of an outer lace which is adhered to the inner surface of the spring eye, and rotates to one direction by oil supplied from the hydraulic pump. |
