<p>A multifunction vehicle phone system takes an information of a base station with which the vehicle phone accesses to a mobile phone network as a warrant of charge, when the vehicle enters the cover range of the base station, the vehicle phone accesses to the base station automatically, the base station transmits an information about that the vehicle phone have accessed to the base station to a charging center, after the charging center checks that the information is correct, it charges money from the account to which the vehicle phone corresponds and sends an information of charged money to the vehicle phone via the base station, the vehiclephone displays the received information of charged money on a display, and lights a charge indicator light and/or gives a voice to remind the driver that the charging is successful. The multifunction vehicle phone system of the present invention has functions of vehicle identity authenticate, guard against theft, tracing, navigation, etc. besides providing a communication function of normal vehicle phone, and can be applied to road charging, parking charging, parking charging without meter, and can do favor to traffic managers to find out lawless parking, illegal vehicles without license.</p> |
