Disclosed is a sealing material which is excellent in elongation at break, strength at break and weather resistance. Specifically disclosed is a sealing material composition containing an oxyalkylene polymer (A) having a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a vinyl polymer (B) containing 0.1-0.5 crosslinkable functional group per a molecule and having a weight average molecular weight of 12,000-25,000 in terms of polystyrene as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
