<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which is effective for assuredly jointing a housing case side for housing a passenger airbag and an airbag cover main body side by means of the vibration welding operation in an airbag cover for covering the passenger airbag of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag cover 140 of this invention comprises a plurality of ribs 147 for welding for use in a vibration welding operation on the airbag cover body 141 side, and a plurality of abutting areas 147a formed on respective tip end portions of the plurality of ribs 147 for welding form faces corresponding to an extending surface 146a of a flap portion 146. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
