LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that maintains a luminous efficiency high and is capable of high color rendering properties.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting device has an LED chip 2 of blue emission type as a light-emitting element. The LED chip 2 has a wavelength at a long wavelength side excitation end of 530 to 570 nm, and is covered with a resin layer 9 containing phosphor in which orange phosphor having a main wavelength of emission of 600 to 630 nm is mixed and dispersed to a transparent resin. At least one type or two types of yellow color phosphors having main wavelengths of 510 to 600 nm are blended along with the orange phosphor.
