<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the operation of separation, washing, concentration, recovery, or the like from an RNA molecule due to a microfluid chip and can simply and rapidly extract a physiological molecule such as RNA or the like in place of a conventional complicated biochemical method employing a toxic reagent. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid containing a modified physiological molecule, which is formed by modifying a physiological molecule having a lumpy three-dimensional structure, as a specimen is allowed to flow through a fluid flow channel having a narrow part under pressure, and a force in the direction reverse to the flow direction of the fluid is allowed to act by applying an electric field to capture the modified physiological molecule in the narrow part of the fluid flow channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
