PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure fluid valve easy in opening the valve, and capable of reducing size. SOLUTION: This high pressure fluid valve discharges a high pressure fluid flowing in a primary side flow passage R1 to a secondary side flow passage R2, and has a valve seat 11 arranged between the primary side flow passage R1 and the secondary side flow passage R2, and a valve element 40 attachably and detachably arranged on the valve seat 11, and is characterized in that the valve element 40 comprises a first operating surface P1 for offsetting the pressure of the high-pressure fluid of the primary side flow passage R1, and a second operating surface P2 for offsetting the pressure of a low-pressure fluid of the secondary side flow passage R2 in the moving direction when leaving from the valve seat 11.
