PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a clearance between an exhaust rotary valve and a rotor front part by slightly swelling outwardly the rotor front part so that the rotor front part is brought into contact with a minute exit inserted into a minute rotating body. SOLUTION: A partially notched round hole is formed in the outer side of the rear end part of the exhaust rotary valve 41, the minute rotating body 84 with the minute exit 83 pushed by a spring 82 is inserted into the hole, and the minute rotating body 84 and exhaust rotary valve 41 are pushed together by the spring from both sides of the minute rotating body.
