PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of an electrically-driven actuator, which restrains the electrically-driven actuator from being warmed. SOLUTION: The arrangement structure of the electrically-driven actuator is used in a variable valve operating mechanism 50 adjusting operation of at least one of an intake valve 19a or an exhaust valve 19b of an engine 10. At least a part of the electric motor 65 is exposed to the outside of the engine 10. A portion 65a of the electric motor 65 exposed from the engine 10 is arranged at a position shifted in a car width direction with respect to a transmission 30 and a radiator core 40 provided at a periphery of the engine 10.
