PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water washing device which can quickly reduce internal pressure in a warm water tank and smoothly operates a changeover valve thereof. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the warm water washing device, water from a water service pipe 1 is introduced via a main valve 2 and a pipe 3 to the warm water tank 4, and heated by a heater 4a as warm water. The warm water is supplied from a pipe 5 via the changeover valve 6, a pipe 7, 9, or 11, to a shower nozzle 8, a bidet nozzle 10, or a nozzle cleaning spout 12. In order to drain the warm water tank 4, a drain valve 21 and a drain pump 22 are connected to the warm water tank 4 in this order via a pipe 20, and spouted water from the drain pump 22 is discharged via a pipe 23 to a toilet bowl. When a stop switch 33 is pressed, firstly the main valve 2 is closed, and then the drain valve 21 is opened, and the changeover valve 6 is closed. On the other hand, when the drain valve 21 is opened, the internal pressure in the warm water tank 4 is quickly reduced, and therefore the changeover valve 6 is smoothly operated.
