PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple sliding type sliding door device capable of reducing weight of the whole first door body for opening and closing an opening part together with a second door body. SOLUTION: A first guide rail 30 forming a first guide member for guiding the first door body 21 forming an upward hoisting type door body into the directions of opening, closing, is attached to an upper frame member 10 forming an immobile member. A second guide rail 39 forming a second guide member for guiding the second door body 22 forming an upward hoisting type door body capable of coming in and out of the inside of the first door body 21 into the directions of opening, closing, is constructed between a solid frame member 11 forming a first solid frame member constituting an immobile member arranged on door end sides of the first and second door bodies 21, 22 and a solid frame member 12 forming a second solid frame member constituting an immobile member arranged on door end sides of the first and second door bodies 21, 22.
