METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLAME-RETARDANT METAL-COATED FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metal-coated fabric having flame retardancy and inhibiting corrosion discoloration of a coated metal. SOLUTION: The method for producing the flame-retardant metal-coated fabric forms a resin layer at a coating weight of 0.5-10 g/m2on one face of the metal-coated fabric and then forms a resin layer containing a flame-retardant on the other face of the fabric. The coating weight of the resin containing the flame-retardant is preferably 50-150% of the metal-coated fabric. Preferably, the resin layer on one face is principally composed of an acrylic resin and the resin on the other face is a urethane resin containing the flame-retardant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
