PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a dust collection filter in the interior of a circular color-changing needle loom, to fix the dust collection filter toward weaving needles for exchanging yarns according to the rotation of the needle loom and to make it possible to suck yarn ends, greatly improve the efficiency in suction of the yarn ends and reduce the cost by using an air compressor as a wind force source without separately purchasing a blasting machine. SOLUTION: A device for removing the yarn ends in the circular color-changing needle loom is designed to remove the yarn ends produced in mainly spinning and weaving operation of the circular color-changing needle loom and includes a needle cylinder, a pressurized air generator, an electric adapter, a negative pressure generator and a negative pressure absorption nozzle. The needle cylinder rotates with the central shaft and a plurality of weaving needles are installed on the needle cylinder to perform the spinning and weaving operation by moving operation of the weaving needles. The pressurized air generator provides compressed air and is connected to feed in and deliver the compressed air. The negative pressure generator is secured under an air exhaust joint to perform synchronous rotating operation and the negative pressure generator is equipped with an air intake port, an air exhaust port and the negative pressure absorption nozzle. The air intake port is connected to the air exhaust joint to feed in the compressed air. The negative pressure absorption nozzle corresponds to the weaving needles and the dust collector is separately fitted onto the air exhaust port to discharge the compressed air. Thereby, the yarn ends sucked with the negative pressure absorption nozzle and produced by the weaving needles during the spinning and weaving operation are filtered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
