PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To jet washing water from a leading end of a washing water jet nozzle by supplying the washing water to the washing water jet nozzle by means of a manual pump mechanism. SOLUTION: This portable toilet bowl 10 with a sanitary washing device comprises a toilet tank which includes a tube portion 13 and a toilet seat 14, a manual operation lever 16, a washing water vessel 18, the pump mechanism 30, the washing water jet nozzle 20, and the like. A piston shaft can be axially moved by the operation of the manual operation lever 16, and a position of the washing water jet nozzle 20 can be shifted. The pump mechanism 30 is divided into a vessel-side pressure chamber and a nozzle-side pressure chamber by a piston sliding in a cylinder. The piston is provided with a piston check valve; a vessel-side check valve is provided between the vessel-side pressure chamber and the washing water vessel 18; and a nozzle-side check valve is provided between the nozzle-side pressure chamber and the washing water jet nozzle 20.
