SOLUTION: The work sequences are acquired from the data base of the work sequences (step 201). The work sequences are developed from an upper layer (step 202). Whether or not an instruction is an operation command specific to an object is discriminated (step 203). A work is executed if the instruction is not the operation command specific to the object (step 206). An operation command is acquired from a data base for every object if the instruction is the operation command specific to the object (step 204). Work data is edited (step 205).
