A perforated skin consisting of at least one layer (N 1 -N 3 ) of substantially rectilinear fibers associated with a resin and whose perforations define a regular repeated pattern (a, b, c), characterized in that the perforations affect at least 25% of the skin and in that, at least in a major part of the perforated skin, fibers (C 1 -C 3 ) of the layer(s) (N 1 -N 3 ) are uninterrupted by the perforations (P 1 -P 3 ).
