A method of manufacturing frozen mandarin oranges by drying fresh mandarin oranges with a hot air blower and quickly freezing is provided to increase the sweetness while lowering the sourness and to prevent the skin from peeling off by rotting of portions which come in contact with each other when thawed. Frozen mandarin oranges are prepared by the steps of: separating a plurality of mandarin oranges by size and putting into a storage box; moving the storage box to a drying room, disposing it on a pallet and drying at 22deg.C for 72hr; putting the dried mandarin oranges into a mesh net and then putting the mesh net into a storage box; moving the storage box to a freezing room, disposing it on a pallet and quickly freezing at -45deg.C for 12hr; and putting the frozen mandarin oranges into a packaging box and storing in a frozen state. |
