A route searching section (101) searches a route to a destination point for a mobile body. A specifying section (102) specifies the road types of the roads included in the route searched by the route searching section (101). A calculating section (103) calculates information of costs, including at least a cost of fuel that the mobile body uses for moving on the route to reach the destination point, based on the road types specified by the specifying section (102). Then, an outputting section (104) outputs the cost information calculated by the calculating section (103).
