The barrier has a cover (40) closing an opening of a lining unit (10) of a vehicle body in an idle position and supported in an arm (50) in a swivelable manner. The arm is pre-tensioned in the idle position in a rotating direction by using a pre-tensioning unit (60). The cover is pre-tensioned in the arm by using a pre-tensioning unit (62) in another rotating direction opposite to the former rotating direction. Preloading force of the unit (60) is larger than preloading force of the unit (62).
