The vehicle has traction units (9hh, 9hv, 9vh, 9vv) which are fastened to front and rear fins (7v, 7h) on each side of a pivot axis. The traction unit is guided in a direction of a main axis (4) by a guiding device (10) i.e. guide roller, that is mounted at an end area of a swiveling arm (3). Ends of the units (9hv, 9vv) of a front side of the front fin are respectively connected with ends of the units (9hh, 9vh) of a front side of the rear fin, such that the front and rear fins are forced to synchronously rotate with a same angle aligned in an opposite direction around the pivot axis.
