The radar system (12) is characterised in that at least two of the alignment characteristics (18, 20; 40, 42; 50, 52) differ from one another in a third spatial direction (z) and that said third spatial direction (z) does not lie on the planes occupied by the first spatial direction (y) and the second spatial direction (x).
