Measuring device for recording the myocardial status of the heart

The method involves inserting a measuring electrode (4) with a bipolar cardiological measuring electrode in a heart division (8) at attachment angle comprising an acute attachment angle of the electrode on a myocardium (6) of less than 90 degrees. A stimulation signal with a cardiological stimulation signal is measured in sequential cardiac cycles. Positive and negative maximum amplitudes of the stimulation signal are determined. An asymmetry factor of the stimulation signal of sequential cardiac cycles is ascertained based on specific equation, where the factor is stored for analysis. An independent claim is also included for a measuring apparatus for detecting the myocardial state of the heart.
