The base (4) has a recess, in which a built-in lamp (2) of a reflector lamp arrangement (1) is insertable in sections such that contacts of the built-in lamp are connected with contacts of the base in the recess. The built-in lamp is held above a wall section of the recess. The lamp is connected with the base by a low viscous mass e.g. cement. The lamp arrangement has an electrical power of 300 watts and preferably maximum of 1000 watts, where the lamp is a halogen bulb.
