A header coupling structure of a heat exchanger is provided to reduce area of a tube inserting hole machined in a header pipe, and to improve pressure resistant property of the header pipe and assembly performance of a tube. A header coupling structure of a heat exchanger comprises a header pipe(10) and a middle member(20). The header pipe is provided with a tube inserting hole(11). The middle member is coupled to an upper part or a lower part of the header pipe, located in the tube inserting hole, and fixes a tube(30). The middle member is inserted inside the tube inserting hole, and forms a burring part(21) having a guide surface(22) bent in an inserted direction of the tube. |
