<p>The yardstick has elongated flat bars made of wood and yardstick structures (14,16) provided with continuous markings. The structures are connected with one another in pairs by a resting joint. The structures are bordered by a front-sided terminal surface (22), which is provided with a slip gauge, where the surface has high shock resistance and wear property. The terminal surface runs transverse to the longitudinal extension of the structures. The structures are abridged on the gauge and are thermally porous-sealed by the terminal surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a folding yardstick.</p> |
