The device has a power supply (b), and ultrasound sources (c) attached at an ultrasound module (a). A control electronic circuit of the ultrasound module is designed such that complete handling therapy is implemented in complete automatic manner. The control electronic circuit executes different treatment therapies in the complete automatic manner. The ultrasound sources are held in a position by a retaining band and fixed by a plaster cast. The ultrasound sources are completely integrated in the plaster cast. An independent claim is also included for an ultrasound radiation mat displaying a group arrangement of ultrasound source of piezo-ceramic on a substrate.
