A system and a method for processing payment approval, and a program recording medium for the same are provided to activate micro credit card payment and process the micro credit card payment conveniently more than cash in a member shop frequently transacting micro payment by simplifying or omitting approval and user authentication procedures in the micro credit card payment. A receiver(105) receives a payment approval request message from a payment terminal(155,700). A checker(110) checks whether a credit card number and a payment amount are included in the received message. A determiner(115) checks whether the credit card number included in the message is a proxy approval credit card number, and checks whether the payment amount included in the message is smaller than a proxy approval amount when the credit card number included in the message is the proxy approval credit card number. A payment approval processor(130) transmits the message to a payment approval institute server(150) corresponding to a credit card when the credit card number or the payment amount is not satisfied, and processes the payment approval as a proxy for a payment approval institute when the credit card number and the payment amount are satisfied. |
