A pigment dispersion is provided to realize optimized optical properties including color, luminance and contrast, particle size, viscosity and dispersion stability while not using a binder resin. A pigment dispersion comprises an organic pigment, dispersant and organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent includes at least two kinds of organic solvents depending on the kind of the dispersant. The organic solvents are at least two selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol monomethylether acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoether acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethoxypropionate, xylene, toluene, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone and butanol. |
