The current deviator (SA) has a copper core (1) partially covered with a nickel layer (2), where a thickness of the nickel layer lies between 50 micrometers and 1000 micrometers. The nickel layer is galvanically attached to the copper core. The copper core is formed as a single copper rod. A diameter (D) of the current deviator is larger than a tenfold layer thickness (s) of the nickel layer. A length (L) of the current deviator is larger than the fifteen fold diameter of the current deviator.
