<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag for which the changeover of a data readable state and a data unreadable state is arbitrarily made without the need of additional costs for the RFID tag, an RFID tag reader and an RFID system. <P>SOLUTION: In the RFID tag provided with: an IC chip part 11 where the data are stored; and a substrate 13 where a loop coil antenna 12 connected to the IC chip part 11 for communicating with the outside is disposed, the substrate 13 is formed of a bendable and strechable material. By bending the substrate 13, the loop coil antenna 12 is folded and piled up respectively in a roughly parallel state, the opening area of the loop coil antenna 12 becomes extremely small, passing electromagnetic waves extremely is decreased, and thereby it becomes difficult to obtain the electromagnetic waves required for the operation of the RFID tag.
