PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image generating device and information storage medium which can reduce difference in skillfulness between a beginner and an expert in shooting. SOLUTION: Objects including a target object are arranged in an object space and it is checked whether or not a shot hits the object. Then a shooting direction is deviated from the aimed direction of shooting and a shot is made in the deviated shooting direction; while the hit rate of shots made by the beginner is increased, the hit rate of shots made by the expert is decreased. The shooting direction is changed at random within the direction range specified by the aimed direction of shooting. The farther away the position of the hit object is, the narrower the direction range is and the larger the hit object is, the wider the direction range is. The aimed object is arranged at a position specified by the aimed direction of shooting within the object space. When a shot is made, a display of the aimed object is turned off. |
