The method involves deforming plate-like single or multi-layered semi-finished products (4) in a deformation tool, and attaching the semi-finished products in the form of a corrugated definite component. The semi-finished products are deformed in associated individual units, and the deformed individual units are attached at an installation position in a definite non-level component form. The semi-finished products are processed at the installation position in such a manner that overlapping areas form at ends of connection lines (3) and/or junctions of neighboring individual components.
