The ground conveyor, particularly counterbalance fork-lift truck has a drive axle, which is supported by a flexible mounting element at a vehicle frame (1). A homogenous support element is formed in vehicle transverse direction at a distance from each other for the admission of the vertical forces. Another homogenous support element is formed in vehicle longitudinal direction at a distance form center line, for brake admission and drive moments. A support element is provided in vehicle longitudinal direction for horizontal forces.
