The device has a feed hole with a window covering (3) and a port-hole window, which are formed of transparent or translucent material. Light sources (4) e.g. LEDs, are arranged opposite to lateral edge surfaces of the covering and the window, where light beams of the sources are aligned on the edge surfaces. A label and/or a symbol is formed of a three-dimensional structure in a material with a microscopic small dimension. Outlets of the sources lie at the edge surfaces of the covering and the window, and are transparently glued with the edge surfaces.
