A plasma display panel is provided to decrease the reflected luminescence by using subtractive mixture of upper and lower barrier ribs colored by first and second colors and first and second dielectric layers colored by third and fourth colors. A front substrate(10) and a rear substrate(15) are opposite to each other, and barrier ribs are interposed between the front and rear substrates to define plural discharge cells. Address electrodes(11) are extended in a first direction on the rear substrate, and display electrodes(16) are formed on the front substrate in a second direction crossing the first direction. A front dielectric layer(17) is formed on the front substrate to cover the display electrodes. The barrier rib has a lower barrier rib layer(13aa) colored by a first color and an upper barrier rib layer(13ab) colored by a second color. The front dielectric layer has a first dielectric layer(17a) colored by a third color and a second dielectric layer(17b) colored by a fourth color. The first to fourth colors are subtractive mixture.
