An electronic apparatus with a navigation function, a group management system for the electronic apparatus, and an information coupling method thereof are provided to enable group participants to share information with one another by using the navigation function. An electronic apparatus includes a database unit(120), a controller(150), an input unit(130), and a communication interface unit(160). The database unit includes a geographic information database and a group information database. The group information database stores group information for electronic apparatuses included in the same group. The controller receives satellite signals from a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver and displays the current position with the geographic information. The input unit receives service requests from users. The communication interface unit relays data communication between the electronic apparatus and an external server.
