The device has an elongated dosing channel (DK6) with deflecting channel structures and two openings as a channel inlet and a channel outlet. One of the openings is variably positioned relative to the channel structures in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the dosing channel. The dosing channel is formed at a base body comprising two partial bodies (GK61, GK62) which are connected with one another, where the wall of the dosing channel is formed by a wall surface.
