A flat panel display with a built-in touch sensor, a method of driving the plat panel display and a flat panel display device having the flat panel display are provided to group a touch sensing unit into touch sensor units each of which includes at least two touch sensors to prevent touch sensors from mis-operation while maintaining the touch sensitivity of the touch sensors. A flat panel display includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a touch sensing unit, and a controller. The touch sensing unit includes a plurality of touch sensors each of which has a conductive pad and a conductive column spacer formed having a predetermined distance from the conductive pad. The controller controls the operation of the touch sensing unit. The touch sensing unit is formed in a gap between the first and second substrates and grouped into touch sensor units. Each touch sensor unit includes at least two touch sensors.
